Direct Support Professional (Part-time)
Location: Monroeville, PA, USA
The Role:
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are the heart of AMP. In this role, you help individuals build routines, feel safe in their homes, and live with greater independence.
As a DSP, you can expect:
An hourly rate of up to $22/hour at select homes. Base rate is $17/hour. (Weekend positions make $5/hour differential.)
A $1,000 retention bonus paid out in 4 quarterly installments of $250 over your first year of employment at AMP.
To complete all required paid training at the start, as this is a professional position.
A set schedule and guaranteed hours, plus the opportunity for overtime.
Regular merit pay raises, quarterly bonuses, and promotions.

The Requirements:
To be successful in this role:
A valid driver’s license and owned, working vehicle are required.
A minimum of a G.E.D. or a high school diploma are required.
You don’t need experience. You need a calm presence, a strong sense of care, and the drive to be someone others can count on.
You must possess the ability to learn and grow both personally and professionally while keeping a positive attitude to care for our individuals.
