WELCOME MESSAGE FROM CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER (COO)

To the family and friends of AMP, to our devoted staff and to the amazing individuals we serve each day:
Here at AMP, people come first.
We believe everyone deserves to live a life with ability, meaning, and purpose. Our mission is to create stable, supportive homes where respect and routine provide a framework for independence.
For nearly 10 years, AMP has provided residential services across Pennsylvania to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), autism, trauma, and mental health needs. At the heart of AMP's residential services is the belief that everyone deserves their own home where they feel seen, supported, and where independence can grow.
Our small, community-based homes are uniquely and personally designed for comfort and stability. We take the time to understand each person's needs, so they feel secure and supported. At AMP, we pride ourselves on providing thoughtful daily rhythms with familiar staff that strengthen real relationships.
Our commitment to accessibility, transparency and inclusion is built into AMP's foundation. Through AMP's leadership, certifications, trainings, open communication and collaboration with our individuals, team, families, service coordinators, providers, and the community at large - AMP sets the example in residential care.
As Chief Operating Officer, I am blessed to be given the opportunity to serve you at AMP. With over three decades of experience in the human services field, and nearly 20 years specifically in residential care supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and mental health challenges - I have navigated nearly every corner of this work. From hands-on direct care to policy development, program creation, and launching new residential initiatives - I understand the power of community, connection and advocacy.
The work that we do here together is a guiding light in AMP's vision to create: a community of care where individuals lead fulfilling, healthy and independent lives; where staff are empowered, upheld and able to advance their careers in caring for others; and where everyone we support has room to grow.
We thank you for being a part of our AMP family. Now and always.
Sincerely,
Krystie Stiles, AMP Chief Operations Officer (COO)
