Krystie Stiles.
Chief Operations Officer
Krystie brings nearly three decades in human services and nearly 20 years, specifically, in residential care supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and mental health challenges.
She's navigated nearly every corner of this work — from hands-on direct care to policy development, program creation, and launching new residential initiatives.
As AMP's Chief Operating Officer, she draws on that full range of experience to help individuals build the amazing, fulfilling lives they envision for themselves.
And at the end of the day, her greatest motivation is close to home: her own family inspires her to show up as the best version of herself — and to keep building something meaningful at AMP.

Paul Young.
Program Manager
Paul joined AMP as a Program Manager in February 2026, bringing with him 25 years of experience in human services.
What makes his background especially meaningful is that he's lived it from the ground up — starting as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), then growing into a Team Lead, and eventually a Program Specialist before joining our team.
At the heart of everything Paul does is a genuine passion for person-centered support by helping each individual build the most independent and fulfilling life possible.
Outside of work, Paul spends most of his time at home with his family and dogs. He is a music lover who regularly attends concerts, loves getting his hands dirty with renovation projects and growing plants, and enjoys traveling whenever he gets the chance.

Darius Gambrell.
HR Manager
Darius Gambrell is a HR professional with nearly eight years of experience. A graduate of Indiana University, with a degree in Human Resources management, he focuses on the belief that employees perform at their best when they feel heard, respected, and supported.
He has experience navigating challenging workplace situations, developing leaders, supporting employees, and creating environments where people and organizations can grow together.
Before joining AMP, Darius served as a Site HR Manager with Recovery Centers of America. There, he partnered with leaders and employees across all levels of the organization.
Darius looks forward to making a positive impact at AMP.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, gaming, grilling, and finding new ways to challenge himself.

Samantha Rodriguez.
HR Recruiter
Samantha Rodriguez is new to AMP, and has already made an invaluable impact. You can find Samantha greeting new hires, attending career fairs and introducing the community to AMP's mission.
As an HR Recruiter, Samantha is the first person new hires meet when being introduced to our AMP family. Samantha is professional, personable and kind and has kickstarted our new recruitment, onboarding and hiring efforts.
She is an amazing team player, which shows in her skill sets and ability to make everyone feel welcome when they visit the AMP office.

Bernie Stiles.
Director of Staff Development
Bernie has seen it all. And after 28 years in residential services, that kind of experience is invaluable.
Today, he channels everything he's learned into his role as a trainer for AMP's incoming DSPs, guiding them through extensive onboarding, ongoing certification trainings and nationnally recognized certification programs (NADSP) that set both staff and individuals up for real success.
What drives him? A deep belief in what people with dual diagnosis are capable of when they have the right support behind them. That conviction shapes everything he does.

Rylee Ireland.
Program Supervisor
Rylee has worked for nearly seven years at AMP - as a PRN staff, a DSP, and currently as the longest tenured Supervisor. She has seen AMP's growth over the years and has always found AMP to be person-centered, providing the best care possible to support every individual every day. The residents at AMP have taught Rylee resilience, kindness and finding joy in daily life.
Rylee is dedicated to changing the narrative about the limitations people with disabilities have on their lives. She strives to integrate societal milestones as attainable for anyone - no matter how many extra-steps it may take to get there. We are all human, navigating the human experience, and some of us just need a little extra support to achieve our goals and dreams.
Rylee has obtained her Associate's Degree and is pursuing a degree in Nursing. Her goal is to bridge the gap between mental health and healthcare.

Sarah Orlic.
Program Supervisor
With over 15 years of experience supporting children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and autism, Sarah brings a deep commitment to person-centered care and inclusive programming.
She's proudly served as a Program Supervisor at AMP for the past four years, following two years as a DSP/Team Lead. Sarah's found a true sense of purpose in helping individuals thrive in residential settings.
AMP is committed to creating environments that foster growth, dignity, and joy, and she is beyond proud to be a part of that. Sarah genuinely loves what she does and the place in which she gets to do it.

Michael Argentine.
Program Supervisor
Michael came to AMP with a background in Operations and Healthcare. Michael is dedicated to the positive impact he can provide every day to the individuals he cares for at AMP.
He found his calling very early on as a DSP, and what he thought was going to just be a job - ended up turning into a career. He started out as a Direct Service Professional (DSP) and worked his way up into his current role as Program Supervisor.
At AMP, Michael is proud to work for an organization that sets the golden standard for Residential Care.

Keysha Johnson.
Program Supervisor
Keysha is a new hire to AMP, bringing 20+ years experience in the Mental Health / IDD field, with the past eight years being a Program Manager. Keysha graduated from Point Park University with a masters degree in criminal justice administration, and skills in program design, team leadership and delivering measurable outcomes.
At AMP, Keysha appreciates the investment in tools and processes that enable effective program delivery. She is inspired to lead change that simplifies systems, increases efficiency, and improves service delivery.

Jen Kropinak.
Compliance Assistant
Jen brings more than15 years experience to AMP - working in the non-profit, small business and marketing sector.
Jen is proud to be a part of the AMP team. She cares deeply about the disability community, and about advocacy that furthers independence, autonomy and community care. She believes in the heart of human services and is proud to work at an organization that exemplifies that.
Jen excels in project management, detailed documentation and designing structures to improve workflows. She is also a published poet, writer and artist and enjoys learning new craft/art techniques to further her artistic skills.

Kevin McDowell.
Behavioral Specialist
Kevin McDowell is AMP's new Behavioral Specialist. Kevin holds a Dual Bachelors in Psychology and Biology from Allegheny College and has nearly five years in the mental health field.
He has previously worked as a behavioral specialist / assistant house supervisor, helping oversee 13 houses throughout the greater Pittsburgh region.
What drew Kevin to AMP is: leadership's genuine desire to help individuals live the highest quality of life; the company’s focus on cultivating an employee culture of growth and high ethical standards; and their kind, welcoming staff.
Kevin's personal life mission is, “To be an example of excellence by making a positive impact into people’s lives.” Whether he is at work, in church, in a business meeting, or at the grocery store; he lives his life to spread kindness and positivity. In his spare time, Kevin loves anime, fencing and enjoys reading self-development books.
